• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality and delivered within appropriate time frames
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of orders
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Possess and maintain a valid Food Handler License at all times
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and proper storage
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a high-pressure environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• FOOD HANDLER LICENSE IS A MUST
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEK ENDS
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
