Metz Culinary Management - - Responsibilities:
Plating, set up and tear down of cafe, restaurant, retail areas; assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation;
Retail team member duties including Barista, Cashier, Cook and Runner;
Catering team member roles including transport, setup, service and breakdown of banquet-style displays;
Collaborate in a hospitality-driven team environment and provide excellent guest experience;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across dining outlets
