Metz Culinary Management - 565 Albany Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations.;
Prepare and cook high-quality meals for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents.;
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining a positive team environment.;
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards.;
Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with Department of Health regulations.
