Season Manager

Down the Chimney and Winter Pie Shop are hiring a Season Manager for the 2026 holiday season! We're looking for someone to oversee operations for both of our shops at Bryant Park's holiday market this year. This is a full-time seasonal role for the duration of the market:
October 24, 2026 through January 4, 2027.. .

• Oversee day-to-day operations across both shops: team management, training and onboarding new staff, scheduling, stock, and food and service quality..
• Support and lead a small team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment..
• Maintain a high work standard while maximizing production and sales..

• Prior experience in food service and team leadership..
• Food Handler's Certificate required (can be obtained before your start date if you don't already have one)..
• FDNY F-04 Certificate of Fitness for Fire Guard for Places of Assembly (can be obtained before your start date if you don't already have one)...
• Strong organizational and communication skills..
• Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and enjoys being hands-on..
• Comfortable working on your feet in our shop setup at Bryant Park..
• Available to work weekends and through the holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are some of our busiest, most festive days of the season, and we need someone ready to be part of that..
