The s chedule requires a Monday – Friday dinner availability with opportunities to pick up additional work with our banquet/ private events department. New York Yacht Club is a private club committed to both our members and staff looking for an experienced positive worker to join our team.
Requirements:Professional outgoing personality
Restaurant experience and knowledge of following all F&B sequence of service standards. Including greeting customers, setting up dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays , serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables.
Basic cocktail and wine knowledge required
Capable of following serving techniques as dictated by club policy and dining rules stated in the employee handbook.
Fluent English and capable of verbalizing and selling any food or drink specials
Observant with attention to detail
