The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $11.35 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until November 20, 2026

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes, policies, and applicable alcohol service laws.
• Verify guest identification and refuse alcohol service when required by law or company policy.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude in a high-volume environment.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each event.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties before and after events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, concert venue, or entertainment venue is preferred.
• Must meet the minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol in the applicable state.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, Serv Safe Alcohol, or other state-approved certification) before working any scheduled events.
• Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
• Ability to remain professional and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy live entertainment environment.
