Who You Are We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic crew member to join our team! As a key contributor, you'll provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with coworkers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service

Collaborate with colleagues and management

Complete daily tasks, including opening and closing duties

Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Operate equipment, including blenders and POS systems

Engage customers by educating them on our products and answering all their questions including making suggestions

Perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, prolonged standing, and working in tight spaces

Requirements

Passionate about customer service

Physically able to meet role demands

Reliable transportation - must work at various NYC locations

Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

NYC Food Handler License (or obtain one within 4 weeks of hire)

2+ years of food service experience

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for long periods
