• Assist chefs and cooks with the daily operations of a high-volume hot and cold kitchen.
• Support the preparation of hot and cold meals according to company recipes, quality standards, and production requirements, including Halal and non-Halal food preparation when applicable.
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, dice, and portion vegetables and other ingredients using appropriate kitchen tools and equipment.
• Assist with preparing sauces, salads, marinades, and other meal components.
• Support food plating, assembly, and general preparation during production and service periods.
• Ensure cooking stations are adequately stocked with ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
• Receive deliveries and assist with unloading, organizing, rotating, and replenishing food supplies.
• Store ingredients and prepared food according to food safety standards and guidance from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Monitor product quality and food waste accurately.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, organized, and safe kitchen stations, utensils, equipment, storage areas, and work spaces.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System handbook.
• Report food safety, product quality, or operational concerns to management and the Hygiene and Food Safety team.
• Support a positive, cooperative, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Previous food and beverage, kitchen, or food-production experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food-preparation techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with strict deadlines.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Capable of following recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation, cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Willing to work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot and refrigerated areas.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Pay rate: $21.35 per hour.
