Schedule Daytime shifts available from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMShort and long shifts available

What You'll DoAs a Crew Team Member, you play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer. Your responsibilities may include:

Create a great customer experience:
Welcome guests, take orders, answer questions, and make sure customers have a positive visit.

Serve with a smile:
Help customers choose their favorite McDonald’s menu items and provide friendly, helpful service.

Prepare great food:
Follow McDonald’s procedures to prepare and serve quality food safely and efficiently.

Keep the restaurant welcoming:
Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers and team members.

Work as a team:
Communicate with your coworkers, help where needed, and work together to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
