THE TEAM

The Food & Beverage team creates thoughtful and memorable dining experiences through attentive service, teamwork, and exceptional attention to detail. As a Dowling's Busser, you will support the restaurant's daily operations and report to the Director of Restaurants.

YOUR ROLE

As a Dowling's Busser, you will play an important role in creating a seamless guest experience. You will support the service team by preparing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized service areas, delivering food and beverages, and anticipating guests' needs throughout their dining experience.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

Prepare, clean, and reset tables in accordance with departmental service and presentation standards.
Deliver food, water, bread, coffee, tea, and other designated items promptly and accurately.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain positive guest relations.
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and proper stocking of assigned stations and service areas.
Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including transporting supplies, stocking service items, and properly storing reusable goods.
Collaborate closely with servers, culinary colleagues, and fellow associates to support efficient restaurant operations and an exceptional guest experience.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You have experience supporting food and beverage operations within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
You work with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
You remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and follow directions thoroughly.
You enjoy working collaboratively and can also complete responsibilities with minimal supervision.
You communicate clearly with guests and colleagues and maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
You are flexible and available to work varied schedules, including split shifts, weekends, and holidays, and can meet the physical requirements of the position, including transporting up to 30 pounds.
