- Coordinate and oversee food orders and deliveries
- Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served following safety regulations
- Monitor and record food temperatures to maintain compliance
- Maintain inventory and report food supply or equipment needs
- Train and support kitchen staff on best practices and safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following all sanitation protocols
- Complete daily administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Location:
Charter school setting - Job Type: On-Call
- Expected
Hours:
Possibility of 7- 35 - Shift: Day shift (6:30a-1:30p)
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional Events Monday - Friday
- Supervising a kitchen within a school: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations
