Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Pastry Production Cook to join our team at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, New York. As a Baker, you will prepare the bakery products at Lincoln Ristorante and ensure all items are served in a timely manner with the highest freshness and quality.

$23.00 - $23.00 / hour

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, doughs, creams, mousses, custards, and sauces
• Assist with plated dessert production and presentation
• Follow recipes and production standards with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients and finished products
• Support special events, menu updates, and daily pastry operations

• Previous professional kitchen or pastry experience preferred
• Culinary or pastry-school training is a plus
• Strong fundamental pastry skills and a desire to continue learning is required
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while understanding basic pastry techniques
• Ability to work efficiently, professionally, and with an attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
