Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve safe, high-quality, craveable food with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Take ownership of your assigned position and maintain a strong sense of urgency throughout the shift.
- Anticipate product, stocking, and operational needs and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
- Maintain proficiency in trained kitchen positions and continuously work to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Communicate product needs, bottlenecks, food quality concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and inspection-ready kitchen at all times.
- Protect food safety and quality standards and never knowingly serve a product that does not meet expectations.
- Support Team Members and contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, hustle, and excellence.
- Receive coaching positively, take responsibility for mistakes, and consistently apply feedback.
- Complete required training and stay knowledgeable of menu, product, and operational changes.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A safety, appearance, operational, and restaurant standards.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

30-Day Introductory Training and Evaluation Period
All new hires begin with a 30-day introductory training and evaluation period. During this time, we evaluate attendance, punctuality, attitude, coachability, teamwork, guest service, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, communication, and ability to meet restaurant standards.
Continued employment is based on successful completion of this introductory period, business needs, and compliance with all applicable laws.
