Concord Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to lead our Dietary Department. We offer competitive pay and full benefits in a supportive long-term care environment.
DUTIES:
Plan, assign & supervise Food Service staff
Create schedules & prepare payroll information
Oversee food and supply storage & safe handling
Ensure kitchen, storage, dining areas & equipment remain clean and compliant
Inspect resident trays for accuracy and diet compliance
Assist on tray line when needed
Plan and coordinate food preparation for special events
Handle ordering & purchasing for the department
Conduct staff training, orientation & ongoing development
REQUIREMENTS:
CDM certification required
HS diploma or equivalent
Long-term care food service experience strongly preferred
Serv Safe or Sodexo certification preferred
Knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparation
Strong leadership & supervisory abilities
Excellent communication skills; strong team player

is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services. The facility features 140 beds including 17 vent certified beds. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
