- Supervise and coach Front of House and Back of House team members during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service.
- Open or close the restaurant safely, including cash handling, drawer counts, and securing the building.
- Monitor food safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
- Handle customer service issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage shift breaks, station deployment, and keep team members motivated during peak rushes.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in food service, retail, or restaurant leadership (Crew Lead or Shift Supervisor experience preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Victoria Harbour Cafe is an established Hong Kong restaurant company with six locations, approximately 180 employees and centralized food-production capabilities in China. The company is preparing to open its first U.S. location near Times Square at 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue.
The new 40-seat restaurant will be a Hong Kong cafe-style Chinese quick-service concept offering dine-in, pickup, delivery and catering. The menu includes baked rice and spaghetti, curry plates, grilled entrees, soup noodles, fried rice, chow mein, build-your-own plates, salads, snacks and traditional Hong Kong beverages. Approximately 40% of revenue is expected to come through online ordering and delivery platforms. The opening is targeted for late September or early October 2026.
