Eataly in New York is seeking a Prep Cook to assemble salads, panini, pizzas and desserts, reporting to the Cafe Manager. You will wash, chop, and portion ingredients, and help keep stations clean and well stocked in a fast-paced kitchen.
A base rate of $17 - $19 per hour applies; availability to work onsite with evenings, weekends and holidays is required. You will operate with stand mixers, ovens and other kitchen equipment in a high-energy cafe setting.
