Chelsea Piers Fitness is seeking a Regional Café Manager to oversee five café locations with up to 40 staff. You will lead, coach, and develop the cafe team, align local execution with overall strategy, and drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and retention through strong leadership and operational excellence.
You will champion quality and food safety, build talent pipelines, and partner with the DFB to launch new locations. A Food Handler’s license and proven café leadership are required.
