About the Company: CAMP is a Family Experience Company that helps answer the question, "What should we do today?" through a unique combination of retail, media, and entertainment. Launched in 2018, CAMP operates retail locations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, New York, Dallas, DC Markets, and King of Prussia, PA, and serves families everywhere via its digital platforms.

We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our CAMP 5th Ave, NY team. Responsibilities include guiding CAMP's families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return.

• Bring the CAMP brand to life by welcoming every guest and creating an immersive experience for customers of all ages.
• Engage families as they journey through the CAMP experience, demoing and playing with products.
• Customize personal shopping experiences based on each family's interests and needs.
• Check families out at the register and inform them about upcoming programs or news.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consistent, best‑in‑class selling.
• Build a repeat customer base by creating an approachable, unique selling culture.
• Support a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand.
• Assist in merchandising and replenishing the sales floor to keep the store fully stocked.
• Communicate customer and store needs to General Manager and leadership to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with back‑of‑house tasks and organized store operations.
• Support the GM and leadership team with goal achievement (KPIs).
• Report to the General Manager (GM) of the home store location.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, preferably both.
• Part‑time commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
• Positive attitude in all situations.
• Passion for selling and working with people.
• Prior experience in retail, child‑care, child development/education, or performing arts.
• Excellence, enthusiasm, and excitement for engaging with children and families creatively.
• Desire to be part of a tight‑knit team transforming the traditional retail experience.
• Patience, warmth, joy, and humor.

• Stock merchandise and place up to 45 lbs on shelving; may climb a ladder.
• Exposed to outdoor elements such as sun, precipitation, and wind.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Operate manual and electrical equipment as needed.
• On feet for up to 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store.
• May kneel and squat when engaging children or restocking shelves.

$18.00 per hour
