Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at COS, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of COS. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you’ll create moments that matter.

Your responsibilities will include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor. You will also assist in conversations and service across the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor.
