Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge, and contributing to achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.

Inventory Management:
Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Merchandising:
Ensure the sales floor is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Assist with setting up displays and promotional materials.

Cash Handling:
Process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain cash register balances.

Team

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment.

Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Experience:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Attributes:
Customer-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and a team player with a positive outlook.

Tech Savvy:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
