• Independently owning the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company

o Preparation of journal entries

• Review and analyze distribution waterfalls based on fund legal documents

• Review partnership and fund IRRs on a quarterly basis

• Review management fee calculations

o Track cash, fundings and investments

o Preparation and review of account reconciliations

o Review customer billings and cash collections

o Review vendor payments and follow-up on accruals

o Prepare and track the accounting yield calculations for all debt investments

o Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting

• Portfolio company monitoring and preparing valuation support, as needed
