Salary Range: $45,000 – $70,000 per year (base + bonuses + commissions)

Perfumes 4U, a family-owned and operated luxury fragrance retailer established in 2001, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to join our team in Riverhead, NY.

We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven background in retail sales and management who can lead by example, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, staff management, and visual merchandising
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
• Maintain a customer-first environment focused on service excellence
• Ensure accurate inventory management and prompt merchandise flow
• Analyze daily reports and implement strategies to maximize performance
• Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
• Oversee scheduling and staffing based on business needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management
• At least 4 years of experience in retail sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must have availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Riverhead, NY
• Competitive base salary ($45,000–$70,000/year)
