Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in product selections that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, following company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in the point-of-sale system, managing cash and credit payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking, counting, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Skills & Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
