We are looking for an experienced Part‑Time Sales Associate for our new Tribeca Flagship Store in New York City. For this role the right candidate must be available for 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings until 7pm. They will be responsible for driving sales at the Tom Dixon Tribeca Flagship Store, whilst providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Aboutthe Role
This part‑time position is based in our Tribeca showroom and reports directly to the Showroom Manager. The key responsibilities are:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on our product collections.
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Tom Dixon’s lighting, furniture, and interiors collections to effectively communicate product features, materials, and design stories.
- Uphold impeccable showroom standards, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and styled in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, product receiving, and general operational tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for our industry and is a natural sales person. More concretely we'd be looking for:

You know the showroom well and can identify and address areas needing improvement.
- 2–3 years of retail, preferably in luxury goods, design, furniture, or home furnishings.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with POS systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Ability to move furniture and products as needed.
30h/week. Afternoons Wednesday – Friday, 10am – 6pm on Saturdays & Sundays

PayPay: $20-26/hr plus an attractive Sales Bonus Scheme
