Wireless Zone, the nation’s fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer with over 700 locations, is currently looking for outgoing and ambitious Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail team. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

• Strong base pay and an un‑capped commission schedule designed to reward you for your selling efforts. Top earners can make up to $80,000 a year, including their base pay, commissions, bonuses, and Profit‑Sharing.

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon products and services we offer.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Completing all required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and products and customer service.
• Ability to work in a commission sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

This Wireless Zone franchise is operated by Wireless Matrix, a Wireless Zone management company that operates authorized wireless phone stores for Verizon Wireless under our franchise partner, Wireless Zone.
