Visual Merchandising and Store Design Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading beauty industry company to find a talented Visual Merchandising and Store Design Specialist. This dynamic role provides a unique opportunity to influence retail store concepts and brand presentation. The role is Hybrid, working 3 days/week in the downtown NYC office.

• Assist in developing innovative retail design solutions aligned with global brand strategies and project timelines.
• Contribute to the creation and presentation of visual concepts across multiple channels.
• Support the formulation of technical and merchandising guidelines for regional teams.
• Review design details, fixture drawings, and vendor flow to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in seasonal store visits to stay informed on current retail trends and experiences.

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial design, visual merchandising, store planning/design, or related fields.
• Strong ability to conceptualize spatial environments and interpret design directions.
• Familiarity with FSS, DS, Open Sell, and SMC environment design and implementation.
• Capable of working collaboratively in fast-paced settings, both independently and under management guidance.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, plus 3D modeling/rendering program.
