Associate Merchandiser - Lifestyle Brand

Our client, a lifestyle brand, is seeking an Associate Merchandiser to join their team in NYC on a contract basis.

• Develop overall seasonal product strategies that align with brand direction and address the specific needs of the underwear and sleepwear consumer.
• Partner with Design to guide product concepts and create seasonal adoption decks for presentation to regional partners.
• Serve as the global liaison across regions from product concept through market launch, ensuring category needs are met worldwide.
• Create and own seasonal line sheets, including all style details and pricing.
• Partner with Sales to present the collection during market appointments and prepare necessary CADs for NuOrder uploads.
• Maintain key merchandising systems and tools, including Centric PLM and line matrix updates.
• Drive merchandising efficiency by monitoring and reporting on key KPIs such as SKU productivity, development rates, and regional adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3–4 years of merchandising and product development experience
• Deep understanding of retail math, forecasting techniques, and planning best practices
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
