Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in Digital Merchandising, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a focus on data analysis. Responsibilities include developing site strategy, optimizing product merchandising, and analyzing performance metrics. A familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and web analytics tools is advantageous.
The salary range for this position is $75k-$80k.
