Connect the business priorities to the daily activities of all colleagues by understanding and providing direction on how brand training, events, and product strategies drive sales.;
Inspire teamwork, clearly model behavior, and articulate activities to achieve sales goals and elevate the customer experience;
Communicate with vendors and store leadership to execute events based on the marketing calendar to achieve sales plan;
Analyze business performance and create strategies to exceed daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual goals;
Onboard new hires, review colleague productivity levels, provide coaching/feedback, and partner store leadership on team performance
