Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding prepared food operations, safety, and sanitation;
Provide attentive and courteous customer service by answering questions about prepared foods products;
Maintain a clean as you go policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times;
Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product (following recipes and cooking instructions);
Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions, stocking, cleaning, and rotating product; manage temperatures and equipment
