Ulta Beauty - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.;
Greet and engage each guest entering the store, personalize service, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products.;
Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service.;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events while delivering on sales goals.
