Customer Experience Team Member – Full-Time (32+ Hours/Week)
Locations:
Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora, or Lancaster

Our Customer Experience Team Members are the heart of what we do. We help people look and feel their best by caring for their cherished clothing and household items. It’s meaningful work in a friendly, upbeat environment where teamwork and attention to detail matter.
Full-time team members work 32+ hours per week.
You can choose to work at one location or multiple locations to reach full-time hours.
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
All new hires complete approximately 120 hours of paid training at our Hamburg location before working at their assigned store(s).
What You’ll Do- Greet every customer warmly and with a smile.
- Carefully review clothing and household items to determine needed services.
- Enter accurate details into our system for cleaning, pressing, alterations, storage, or preservation.
- Ensure each customer feels cared for from drop-off to pick-up.
- Reliable hours.
- No late evenings.
- No Sundays.
