We’re working with a multi‑brand apparel group seeking a Senior Sales Director, Women’s to lead and aggressively grow its women’s wear business within the off‑price channel, with a clear mandate to expand volume, categories, and brand presence at TJX Companies
.
This is a senior, commercially focused role with direct ownership of women’s apparel performance across core and emerging categories. You will be accountable for opening doors, building durable programs, and scaling profitable women’s businesses in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities- Own new business development across women’s apparel within the off‑price channel, with primary focus on TJX.
- Expand existing women’s brands through deeper category penetration, higher volume programs, and multi‑season growth.
- Lead and manage senior‑level relationships with TJX buyers and merchants; act as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Build women’s‑specific assortments, pricing architectures, and seasonal strategies aligned to off‑price buying behavior.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across silhouettes, fabrications, price tiers, and classifications.
- Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Planning to deliver women’s programs at speed and scale.
- Present seasonal line plans, open‑to‑buyൃഷ opportunities, and forward‑looking growth strategies.
- Monitor weekly performance, sell‑through, and margin; react decisively to in‑season opportunities and risks.
- Drive disciplined execution from concept through delivery, ensuring programs convert into repeatable business.
- 4+ years of off‑price sales experience with a strong emphasis on women’s apparel.
- Established, active relationships with TJX women’s buyers required.
- Proven track record of winning new women’s programs and scaling volume year over year.
- Deep understanding of women’s off‑price dynamics, including pricing, margin, and speed‑to‑market.
- Strong commercial instincts with the abilityputed to balance brand integrity and off‑price realities.
- Confident negotiator and presenter who can influence both retailers and internal teams.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operatingiënt in high‑velocity, high‑accountability environments.
