• Represent Mondeléz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to maximize visibility of product displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondeléz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capture photographs of displays, and document observations.
• Use an iPad tablet to order products for shelves and displays to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are properly stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
• Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are being executed, and report any discrepancies to the Mondeléz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule established by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and promotional display enhancements.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat demeanor while representing Mondeléz in all store interactions.

• Minimum age 18 with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self‑motivated with a professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
• Residence within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Victor, NY).
• Availability to work Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri.

Hourly compensation ranges from $19.79 to $21.79 based on experience.
