Operations Manager
Overview
The Omnichannel Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growth and excellence of Dior’s Omnichannel services across the Americas. This position combines reporting & analysis, project coordination, and operational support to ensure a seamless client journey across all touchpoints. Working closely with boutiques, regional teams, supply chain, Client Service Center, IT, and Central teams in Paris, the Coordinator will monitor performance, coordinate rollouts, and ensure the successful execution of Dior’s Omnichannel strategy.
ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Reports & Analytics
- Build, maintain, and distribute Omnichannel performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for boutiques, regions, and corporate teams.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including revenue, penetration, rejection rate, AOV, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Automate dashboards and tools (Power BI, etc.) to track adoption and client experience.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities.
Project & Operations Support
- Support the execution of Omnichannel projects, from pilot to rollout and hypercare.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new services, including payments, checkout, and logistics workflows.
- Help document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Omnichannel services (order management, returns/refunds, packaging & delivery).
- Coordinate with boutiques and Sales Advisors to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with boutiques to identify needs, improve adoption, and drive revenue through Omnichannel levers.
- Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Client Service Center and Central teams to follow up on issues and deliver solutions.
- Provide operational support during peak seasons and new boutique openings.
Presentations & Reviews
- Prepare and support executive presentations (business reviews, performance analysis, and related materials).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of retail operations, e-commerce, or omnichannel processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, retail operations, or performance analysis.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel projects is a plus.
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70k-80k annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
