We are seeking afull-time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team at theAHLEM Atelier in Nolita, New York City. This role is ideal for someone with experience inpremium accessories, high-end fashion, fine jewelry, or fragrance who is passionate about design, storytelling, and personalized service.

As a key member of the Atelier team, you will help clients discover eyewear that reflects their personality and lifestyle, while delivering the thoughtful, couture-level experience that defines the AHLEM brand.

• Provide an exceptional, client-focused experience that embodies AHLEM’s values and aesthetics
• Educate clients on our design philosophy, materials, and French craftsmanship
• Curate personalized frame and lens pairings, considering lifestyle, fit, and style
• Build strong relationships throughclienteling, follow-up, and attentive service
• Maintain visual standards and support merchandising throughout the Atelier
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through authentic, elevated service

• Experience inluxury retail(eyewear, fashion, jewelry, fragrance, or cosmetics)
• A naturalstorytellerwith strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Refined sense of style and product presentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in amulti-functional boutique setting
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM and POS systems
• Passionate about design, sustainability, and theluxury client experience

• Minimum2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail
• High school diploma required; studies in fashion, design, or visual arts are a plus
• Optical experience or familiarity with lens selection is a plus, though not required

• Hourly pay range of $24–$28, plus bonus opportunities
