Primary PurposeCoach's Digital group presents rich and compelling brand experiences globally online through multiple web venues while consistently building brand awareness and maximizing eCommerce opportunities. The Assistant Manager of NA eCommerce Merchandising will support the team and tasks for site merchandising and execution of site strategies to help achieve the financial and performance targets for the business.

- Own end-to-end management of the product catalog including set-up, upload, turning on, retiming and purging products from the database; maintain clear documentation and trackers
- Ensure all category and product refinements (filters, search, PDP details, etc.) are optimized, accurate and products are ready for merchandising
- Optimize inventory and sales by managing Coming Soon/Notify Me strategies
- Manage ecommerce photography and video tracking as well as asset uploads
- Support team with validating pricing changes and discount rates. Assist with site promotion preparation and communication
- Monitor site daily with a proactive and customer-centric mindset to identify bugs, feed issues, and inventory discrepancies; ensure issue resolution and escalation as needed
- Support weekly and ad-hoc site reporting (shop, customer journey, search) to identify business opportunities
- Participate in weekly team meetings with cross functional partners to better understand business results and inform future strategies
- Attend seasonal product walkthroughs to stay informed on primary product and marketing messages
- Keep a pulse on competitive landscape to identify site strategy opportunities
- Passion for eCommerce is a must
- Operational and organizational excellence
- Must have strong Excel skills (i.e. knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables)
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success
- Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies including AI

- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset

- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in eCommerce or eCommerce merchandising, preferably fashion and/or retail background (or related industry)
- Demandware/SFCC/PIM or other site merchandising catalog experience
