T-Mobile - - Responsibilities:
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.;
Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.;
On-board customers and assist with account setup, device support, and related services.;
Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures and securing kiosk/assets.;
Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships.
