Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor;
Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior;
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for theft indicators and communicate findings to leadership;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives;
Partner with store leadership to comply with loss prevention directives and minimize operational shortage
