FULL-TIME:
Full-Time Retail Selling Store Manager

We are looking for a Retail Sales Leader who thrives on performance. Your experience in managing high-performance sales teams has positioned you for this opportunity.

• Minimum of 4 years managing a high-traffic, sales-driven retail wireless store.
• Understand the art of selling and can demonstrate a sales process.
• Have an eye for talent and can share a successful history of recruiting.
• Can share experience in coaching and developing existing staff.
• Show grit – discipline to go beyond obstacles to achieve goals.
• Have a dynamic personality.
• Possess positive energy that fuels others.
• Desire to grow professionally.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven work history & success in Retail Wireless Sales dealing directly with closing sales.
• Managed a minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment, business-to-business sales or related field.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours each week consistently, travel to local events, set up and tear down, stand on feet all day.
