Location: New York
Summary
Provides support in planning and executing in-store events and experiences to drive traffic and engage customers. Coordinates logistics, vendors, and in-store teams to ensure successful activations. Works closely with store leadership and marketing to align events with merchandising and seasonal initiatives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
- Liaise with vendors, brand partners, and internal teams to execute event plans.
- Manage event timelines, inventory, and merchandising needs.
- Assist with guest relations and on-floor engagement during events.
- 3+ years of experience in events, retail, or related customer‑facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
