Retail Excellence Intern: Analytics & Operations

Summary

As an intern on the Retail Excellence team based in New York, you will support retail operations, performance analysis, training rollout, and regional projects to enhance client experience and drive business results across US stores. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Excellence, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives and act as a liaison between store teams and central departments.

• Develop, execute, and coordinate weekly performance reports and KPIs for all stores.
• Monitor store P&L items and assist with travel and expense management.
• Provide daily operational support and coordinate regional store projects (openings, relocations, closures).
• Develop tools to track training rollout and adoption and report on training effectiveness.
• Support strategic projects including omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives and liaise with IT for project implementation.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program; available May-December 2026 with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  French is a plus; hands‑on retail experience is advantageous.
