Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences on the sales floor by leveraging product knowledge, styling expertise, and clienteling tools to drive sales and build lasting relationships. This role supports store performance and develops business through outreach, digital engagement, and thoughtful wardrobe curation. It is an in-store selling position that serves as an entry point to future management opportunities.

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance through outreach, clienteling, and use of CRM tools like Polo Connect.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and team success.
• Maintain visual standards and support store initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks across the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office while prioritizing the customer experience.

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and team members.
• Comfortable using digital tools for selling and clienteling.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
