Brand Representative - SoHo, Abercrombie & Fitch

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service, anticipating needs and offering product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor through folding, hanging, sizing, and replenishing products.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently on the cash wrap, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Support omni‑channel operations by handling Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
