Key Lead – Store Leadership

The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work schedule varies weekly, but expect at least 12–16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak periods hours increase.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Initiative, confidence, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
• Proactive learning and strong work ethic.

Starting rate: $18.70 per hour. (Recruiting pay range: $18.70 – $18.70 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
