Summary

Deliver a memorable luxury customer experience as the in-store ambassador, placing the client at the center of all interactions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, capture customer data in CRM, and proactively drive individual and team sales through personalized service and cross-selling. Uphold visual and operational standards while supporting an omnichannel approach to maximize opportunities.

• Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional in-store service following the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to support personalized outreach and future opportunities.
• Engage in omnichannel selling and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Proactively cross-sell across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain shop floor presentation and visual standards and follow stock and operational procedures.
• Address customer complaints appropriately and support loss prevention and store security.

• Passion for selling with proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product category with demonstrated product knowledge.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and results-driven problem solving.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
