Location: New York
Summary
Provides personalized registry services to clients, helping them build and maintain wedding and gift registries across store categories. Delivers product recommendations and styling guidance to meet client needs while supporting store sales goals. Works on the sales floor and by appointment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in creating, updating, and managing registries in person and by appointment.
- Offer product expertise across home, kitchen, and gift categories and make tailored recommendations.
- Process registry transactions, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate registry records.
- Collaborate with store teams to achieve registry and sales targets and support promotional initiatives.
- Previous customer-facing retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client needs.
