Regional Manager, Visual Merchandising - Northeast

Summary

The Regional Manager, Visual Merchandising for the Northeast leads execution of the brand visual strategy across retail and wholesale locations. This role partners with corporate Visual and store leadership to drive consistent, on brand presentations and supports windows, in‑case, seasonal and special initiatives. The manager will travel regularly to train teams, lead installs, and support store openings across the US and Canada.

• Execute in-store visual merchandising strategies including windows, in‑case, seasonal and special initiatives.
• Visit stores on a regular schedule to lead window installs, floor moves and remote coaching; maintain a photo library of store visits.
• Prepare visuals for events and support retail and wholesale store openings across the region.
• Train and develop Visual Specialists, sales staff and managers on visual standards and product adjacencies.
• Maintain merchandising floor plans, assess market needs, and make VM decisions informed by trends and business analysis.
• Independently manage extensive travel schedule to ensure consistent communication with corporate Visual.

• 6+ years of visual merchandising field experience with a luxury brand; jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience leading and advising retail teams on visual standards and strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize in a fast paced environment and work independently.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 70% travel).
