Role Summary

The Assistant Manager of Inventory is responsible for protecting the integrity of the business through precise inventory control, compliant product handling, and operational discipline.

  • Where it is located
  • What condition it is in
  • How it moves through the business

Inventory accuracy directly impacts profitability, compliance, customer experience, and trust. This role is expected to maintain an audit-ready environment at all times while building systems that reduce shrink, improve organization, and support daily retail operations.

This is a high-accountability leadership role for someone who thrives in structure, detail, consistency, and operational excellence.
