Action Link is seeking a Market Development Manager to amplify TCL’s presence and drive growth across your territory. The role involves boosting sales, elevating brand visibility, and inspiring retail teams to deliver unforgettable home theater experiences.

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: NY - LONG ISLAND

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.

• $25–27 per hour, based on experience
• Up to 20% quarterly performance bonus

• Lead sales and profitability growth across your territory.
• Champion retail excellence through training, merchandising, and hands‑on support.
• Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
• Track performance data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Represent TCL at industry events, trade shows, and promotions.

• Willingness and availability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours a day.
• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing and home theater.
• Strategic thinker who sees opportunities and seizes them.
